The beds and the breakfast

The room was located in a second location, not a nice one. Our room had a wet spot on the floor and the bathroom had hard problems with getting the water away after using the shower, half your leg is wet when you're the second one to take a shower, you need to stand in the bath, which is not a save way of taking a shower. The staff treat you really bad, thay make advance of you when you didnt had diner. Service was awfull.

Huge and luxurious room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. With an electric kettle and glassware.

Radisson Blu Resort is amazing. From the moment you step inside you feel like you are in a different place. Their staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable during your stay. The pool area is perfect for lounging and catching a tan and although we didn't use the beach facilities it is there on your door step. The breakfast buffet provides a range of options for all types of diners and there is a professional relaxing atmosphere at all times. Would definately recommend this Resort for people who are looking to get away and relax.

This isn't a complaint, but if you were planning on going into Grad frequently I would probably look at a hotel more central, as this Resort is approximately 15-20minute drive = $35 - $55 kuna, each way.

Modern, well appointed hotel with really friendly, helpful staff and excellent facilities.

Room keycards constantly failed which was highly frustrating.

New hotel with everything needed for a great holiday on site. Vip beach area perfect (although expensive if using every day) as beach is stony. Sea outstanding!! Food quality high and indoor pool / spa facilities super.

Hotel a C.10 minute taxi drive from centre and thus a hassle if you want to eat out each evening as there is nothing around the hotel area. However a small issue vs many good points

Lovely hotel, amazing spa and friendly staff.

We were very disappointed in the staff well perhaps lack of staff. There was no conceirge and the reception staff did not seem very helpful on arrival there was no one to help with luggage or welcome you at the door. We felt the hotel had potential the view is stunning from the outside area but finding someone to order just a drinks is a mission ! perhaps if they employed more people the problem would be solved it is really lacking on service , I have stayed in many hotels and this rates as on of the worse for service but it certainly could be good if the management addresses the issue. I also think a couple of hotel buses to take visitors to town would improve it as it is just a bit too far to walk. Coffee in the rooms would also be good.

Attentive staff

We were on vacation in the Radisson Blu during the last week of July in a deluxe room with sea view and we enjoyed it very much. Hotel opened recently, so everything was still new and clean etc.. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good (good variety), no more, no less.

Due to the fact that the hotel opened recently, training of the staff in the restaurant must be improved (bit of chaos during full occupancy).

The stay here was thoroughly enjoyable for holidays. Had a free of charge breakfast for all tastes, liked the meal. A nice size and well-equipped rooms were brand-new with a huge stunning balcony. Its location was comfortable and decent right in front of the sea🙂

Didn't like the area, it was not so nice.

The beautifully decorated lobby and spacious common areas. Plus, the accessibility features made moving around easy, crucial for us seniors! The staff were attentive to all our needs.

More senior-friendly dining options would be appreciated.

Joining door not locked. Tissues not replenished Cleaning was not satisfactory

new hotel in modern design, very clean, nice people, internet really works without any problems, nice beach

We explored two epic Game of Thrones filming locations and walked along the coast to the Old Town. The pool area was perfect with plenty of sunbeds. Don't miss the breakfast, it was excellent! Just keep in mind that the drinks can be a bit pricey.

One downside was the awkward room layout. It felt cramped with limited storage options.
